We just recently bought and sold a house with Jan, and I cannot even begin to describe how amazing Jan is at her job. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, and by doing a few minor things she suggested, we had multiple offers on our house within 25 hours of being on the market- at full price. Jan answered every text and call, and I never once felt out of the loop. Throughout this whole process, Jan made me feel calm and confident and truly made me feel like our home and our family were a top priority to her. We met Jan at an open house. Even though that house wasn't right for us, Jan seemed to peg us pretty quickly and recommended one of her other listings to us - and it turned out to be perfect! I was skeptical of working with the seller's agent and not having my own Realtor, but Jan worked her magic to get us into our house and was never anything short of fabulous to work with.
